We started painting our living room already- here's the first coat! It's a lovely shade called "Estate Vineyard". Not everyone is totally sold on our brilliant plan to have deep plum colored walls, but trust us- it's going to look fabulous! I went back after work on day and put the second coat on... all we have left is the trim. I'll be posting "after" pictures of all the rooms as soon as each one is finished. the shade you see here isn't really the true color quite yet.

Madeline was good this first day... or rather, MOST of the time she was well behaved. She would whine/cry, sigh in defeat, then start playing. This cycle repeated every five minutes or so. ;)
